Lumens Groep in Best zoekt een School- en jeugdmaatschappelijk werker voor 24 uur per week in het preventieteam Jeugd. Je biedt laagdrempelige ondersteuning aan jeugdigen en ouders, en werkt samen met diverse partners om het jeugdbeleid uit te voeren. De functie vraagt om een hbo-opleiding in sociale studies en ervaring in het maatschappelijke werk. Je ontvangt een salaris volgens CAO Sociaal Werk, schaal 8 (€3.191–€4.547 bruto per maand fulltime) met goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden.
