Logistics Manager
As a Logistics Coordinator within the Services & Solutions Delivery (S&SD) organization, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our logistics operations across the Benelux region. You play a key role in connecting processes, systems, and stakeholders, directly contributing to service performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. In addition, you will actively support and drive process improvements and innovative solutions, including the use of data and AI to enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities- Coordinating and managing end-to-end logistics related to our service processes (spare parts, tooling, and return flows).
- Acting as a key point of contact for logistics escalations, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication to stakeholders.
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders (Planning team, Field Service Engineers, and warehouses) and external logistics partners.
- Monitoring KPIs and performance metrics (e.g., stock levels, delivery times, backorders, first‑time right) and translating data into actionable insights.
- Proactively identifying and resolving logistics issues, deviations, and operational bottlenecks.
- Driving and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within logistics and service delivery.
- Optimizing processes through data analysis and exploring AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency.
- Ensuring accurate and timely administrative handling in systems (e.g., SAP / SMAX).
You will be part of the S&SD / Customer Care team in the Benelux, working in a dynamic and cross‑functional environment. This role acts as a central link between Operations, Service Delivery, and Supply Chain, contributing to stronger collaboration and continuous process improvement. The team culture is hands‑on, collaborative, and focused on delivering results and improving performance.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in logistics, supply chain, or operations).
- 5+ years of experience in a logistics or coordination role, ideally within a complex service environment.
- Experience with performance management and KPI ownership.
- Proven affinity with process improvement (Lean, continuous improvement, or project‑based work).
- Interest in data analytics and affinity with AI‑driven solutions for efficiency improvements.
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP).
- Strong communication skills in English and Dutch;
French language skills are a plus. - A proactive, solution‑oriented, and customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage escalations in a structured and calm manner.
