Forklift Driver | Heavy Materials | €2.700 – €3.100

Driving a forklift is one thing. Handling 12-ton machines and oversized materials without making a single mistake? That's a different story.

We're not looking for someone who simply knows how to move pallets around a warehouse.

We're looking for an experienced Forklift Driver who understands that moving large, heavy and valuable materials requires precision, patience and serious driving skills.

For LF Group, a specialist in high-quality decorative and construction panels, we're looking for someone who knows how to handle heavy equipment and isn't afraid of a little responsibility.

You'll be working with side loaders, 4-way forklifts and multi-directional trucks, handling materials that are sometimes several metres long, extremely heavy and easily damaged. One wrong turn could damage an expensive load. One good driver makes sure that never happens.

• Salary between €2.700 and €3.100 per month
• Full-time position, 40 hours per week
• 25 paid vacation days
• Good pension scheme
• Opportunity for a permanent contract
• Work with powerful forklifts, including machines up to 12 tons
• Modern, professional and well-organised warehouse
• A stable company with more than 30 years of experience

Forget the typical warehouse where you're moving small pallets from one shelf to another all day. At LF Group, everything is a little bigger.

You'll be handling large decorative panels, construction materials and other oversized products that require careful handling. Some materials are long, wide or particularly fragile, which means there's little room for mistakes. You'll unload trucks arriving from different European countries, check incoming deliveries and transport products to the correct storage locations. Using specialised equipment such as side loaders and multi-directional forklifts, you'll manoeuvre large materials safely through the warehouse.

And when orders are ready to leave? You'll help prepare the outgoing shipments, making sure everything is correctly picked, checked and loaded. The company operates with a tight delivery schedule. Orders received before noon are generally shipped the following day. That means efficiency matters. But never at the expense of safety or quality.

You don't need someone standing next to you explaining how a forklift works. You've already got experience, and you know how to handle equipment safely. You're comfortable working with heavy loads and understand that a few centimetres can make all the difference when manoeuvring oversized materials. You work carefully, take responsibility for your equipment and stay focused, even when the warehouse gets busy.

• Proven experience as a forklift driver.
• Experience with side loaders, 4-way forklifts or multi-directional forklifts is strongly preferred.
• Confidence in handling large, heavy or damage-sensitive materials.
• Good spatial awareness and precise manoeuvring skills.
• A safety-first attitude and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with timber, panels, construction materials or other oversized products would be a great advantage.

You'll join LF Group, an established company specialising in decorative and structural panel materials. With more than 30 years of experience, 15 locations, several in-house brands and over 150 employees, LF Group has built a strong position in the European market. Their products are used in interior design, furniture manufacturing and construction projects, where quality and appearance are extremely important. The warehouse is organised, professional and focused on delivering products safely and on time.

You'll work alongside experienced colleagues who know the products and understand the importance of teamwork. And because the materials you're handling are anything but ordinary, your work will remain varied and challenging.
