Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Warehouse Associate for Edmund Optics in Best.
In this warehouse position, you are responsible for accurate and timely handling of incoming and outgoing goods in a small warehouse environment. Your tasks include:
- Performing daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Receiving inbound goods and correctly storing inventory
- Picking customer orders to achieve 100% on‑time shipments
- Processing shipments via courier portals
- Maintaining a safe, efficient and tidy working area
- Confirming and completing all orders at the end of each shift
Important: this is a small warehouse without use of EPT, reach truck or forklift equipment.

Working hoursIn this full‑time role, you will work from 09:00 to 18:00.
- Several years of experience in a warehouse environment is preferred
- Fluent English, both written and verbal (Dutch is a plus)
- Experience with relevant SAP warehouse transactions
- Basic IT skills (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
- Ability to follow safety rules and procedures strictly
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Availability of 40 hours per week
