We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bethalto, United States. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellent service.

• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
• Take accurate customer orders and input them into our system
• Process cash transactions and handle payments securely
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist with various tasks as needed, including food preparation and packaging
• Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. when required
• Adapt to changing priorities and maintain flexibility in work schedule
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and uphold company values

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency for order entry and processing
• Cash handling experience and basic math skills
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and processing
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
