We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Mortgage Loan Processor/Loan Closer.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor/Loan Closer to ensure the smooth progression of mortgage loan applications from initial documentation to final closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, review, and verify all required documentation from loan applicants.
• Ensure applications are complete and accurate, meeting all lender requirements.
• Prepare loan files for underwriting and ensure submission deadlines are met.
• Place orders for title commitments and other services to support the loan application process.
• Ensure all loan files comply with federal and state regulations, as well as company policies.
• Prepare and review all necessary closing documents.
• Obtain final loan approval from underwriters, ensuring all conditions are satisfied.
• Ensure all closing documents are properly signed, recorded, and sent to the appropriate parties.
• Manage the delivery of the final loan package to the lender or investor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2-3 years in mortgage loan processing and/or closing preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
