We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team in Bethalto, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing excellent customer service, and leading our team to success.

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient workflow
• Manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
• Run shifts, including opening and closing procedures
• Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately
• Interact with customers to resolve issues and enhance their experience
• Assist in inventory management and stock control
• Implement and maintain company policies and procedures
• Train and develop new team members
• Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store at all times
• Assist in various operational tasks such as answering phones and taking orders

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the food service industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
