We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing department with professionalism and compassion. • - Oversee all aspects of the nursing department, ensuring high standards of resident care and staff performance
• - Manage staffing schedules, recruitment, and training to maintain adequate and qualified nursing personnel
• - Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to healthcare and long-term care facilities
• - Collaborate closely with the facility administrator and other leadership team members to support operational goals
• - Monitor and improve resident care quality, safety, and satisfaction
• - Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in accordance with regulatory requirements
• - Stay informed of updates to healthcare guidelines and implement necessary changes

• - Active Registered Nurse (R.N.) license
• - Previous experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting preferred
• - Strong leadership and team management skills
• - Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
