Lifesteps, a local human service agency with over 100 years of experience, is immediately hiring compassionate and caring staff to work with adults who have disabilities in a residential home setting.

• Assist adult individuals with daily living skills and home care, such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, personal care assistance, medication administration, and goal attainment.
• Provide companionship and support to residents.
• Complete work shifts as scheduled:
  Daylight 7 am–3 pm, Evenings 3 pm–11 pm, or Overnight 11 pm–7 am for full‑time positions; part‑time hours with flexible scheduling are available.

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances required.

No experience necessary! Paid training provided. Experienced home health aides and direct support professionals welcome.
