Prep Crew Supervisor

• Lead and supervise our prep crew and cleaning staff, including training, task assignment, and performance support.
• Ensure proper handling, organization, and storage of baked goods throughout the production area, maintaining Bethel Bakery's quality standards.
• Manage inventory flow and product rotation in coolers, freezers, and storage areas to support production efficiency.
• Monitor and uphold consistent food safety and quality control standards throughout the production process.
• Perform prep crew and dishwasher duties as needed to support daily operations and workflow.
• Coordinate preparation for next-day production and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth transitions.

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• A hands-on leader with 1-3 years of bakery or food prep experience (preferred)
• Comfortable supervising others and creating daily task lists and team schedules
• 18+ with reliable transportation
• Committed to quality, safety, and a positive team environment
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Physically capable of being on your feet all day, able to lift 50 lbs and push/pull equipment weighing up to 350 pounds, and working in hot/cold environments

• Full-time (40 hrs/week), Tuesday–Saturday; 10 a.m.
  
  - 6 p.m.
• Part-time (30 hrs/week), Tuesday-Saturday 12 p.m.
  
  -6 p.m.
• Must be available to work during our busy holiday seasons
• Closed on Sundays
