• Manage the multi‑line phone system, greet clients, and set a positive tone for the clinic.
• Maintain accurate medical records, schedule appointments, and handle front‑desk financial transactions.
• Advise owners on preventative care and other hospital services to promote pet wellness.
• Provide a calm, empathetic presence for clients and pets.

• Passion for excellent customer service and love for animals.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to handle stressful situations with good judgment.
• Strong organizational ability with priority setting and multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative, team‑first mindset and able to work independently.
• Experience with veterinary software preferred. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, required.
