Wireless Retail Sales Specialist – Bethel Park, PA (Job )

Consumer Cellular is redefining retail. As a Retail Wireless Sales Specialist you will listen to customer needs, provide product‑based solutions, and deliver a world‑class experience. The role is classified as modified full‑time with a flexible schedule ranging between 30 to 39 hours per week, averaging 35 hours.

• Relationship Builder – Build active listening, solution finding, and conversation initiating relationships with guests, team members, and leadership.
• Product & Services Enthusiast – Translate technology into real‑world conversations through training and continuous knowledge building.
• Account Management – Manage guest appointments, investigate and solve account issues, and document relevant notes and details.

• Education & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
  • Positive attitude, customer‑first mindset.
  • 6 months of customer service experience in a retail setting; bonus if wireless industry experience.
  • POS system operation and accurate transaction handling.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Schedule & Attendance
  • Flexibility, including weekends.
  • Store open 6-7 days a week, 9:00 am‑6:00 pm most days.
• Physical Requirements
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, walk, stand, and move items for 6‑8 hours.
  • Move around the store, assist customers, maneuver merchandise.
  • Regular store cleaning and safety maintenance.

• Minimum Salary: $36,750
• Maximum Salary: $46,200
