Designers support three primary store priorities:
Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcome them to the store, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, arrange kitchen and/or bath measures, and meet with customers to review designs and make purchasing recommendations. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.

• Provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers; welcome them to the store; assess kitchen and/or bath project needs; provide showroom tours; set up kitchen and/or bath measures; meet with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations.
• Assess stock levels of samples and brochures and restock them as necessary to support In Stock initiatives.
• Ensure special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe to support Store Appearance.
• Drive sales to support department and store goals by aligning with Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance priorities.
