- Follow all safety policies and standards; complete required safety training; correct hazards or report unsafe conditions to management.
- Work collaboratively with Department Supervisors and other department associates.
Roles may include various store departments such as Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental. Position types may include Department Sales, Lead Generator, Pro Account Sales, Sales Specialist, Special Services, and Customer Order Specialist.
Qualifications & Skills- Customer service and sales-oriented mindset.
- Ability to learn product information and assist customers effectively.
