• Assist customers in the lot or in-store; provide administrative services and support order fulfillment to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Direct customer or vendor interaction as needed and respond to product order status inquiries.
• Work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, carriers, and maintain focus on store objectives with little or some supervision.
• Maintain integrity, demonstrate time management, and ensure program compliance as part of daily operations.
• Role may include positions such as Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.

• Detail-oriented with proven time management skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others and respond to operational concerns.
• Ability to interact with customers and vendors and to assist in directing customers to store departments or merchandise.
• High level of integrity and ability to stay focused on store-specific business objectives.
