In this role, you will deliver essential nursing care to long‑term care residents, including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, wound care, activities of daily living support, and timely clinical documentation. You’ll participate in care planning, collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment.
