• Obtains current village weather and runway conditions. Relays information to Company pilots and operations agent in a timely and continual manner.
• Reviews Company flight release parameters with pilot-in-command (PIC) to ensure parameters are met prior to the pilot contacting the central operations agent.
• Notifies village agents and customers of flight schedules, ETA’s and load onboard.
• Prepares and completes flight and accounting paperwork for Anchorage Accounting Department.
• Assists operations agent with flight following, as needed.
• Continually communicates with the Station Manager and Director of Flight Production and relays required information to Operation Agents.
• Supervises the Traffic Coordinators.
• Notifies the Station Manager or Cargo Manager of any operational discrepancies or needs.
• Assists with employee disciplinary actions.
• Prepare mail reports and on hand inventories for the local post office.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Graduate of high school or equivalent.

Three Years Of Applicable Experience Preferred.

• Must be able to pass a ten-year security background check for airport badging.
• Must have valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Must be able routinely lift 70 pounds.
• Maintains operation agent qualification.
