What You'll DoAs a receptionist, you will act as the first point of contact for all residents, families, and visitors, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere. This entry‑level position provides the chance to learn about long‑term care and pursue future career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Handle inquiries and release information in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and resident activities.
- Receive newspapers, mail, and gifts for residents.

- High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
- Proficient in using office equipment and computer applications.
- Empathy and understanding towards the needs of residents and their families.
