Position Summary: The Dental Clinic Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for the front office management, including scheduling, reception, and registration of patients.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education:

AA Degree in Administration or Management preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of dental experience in preparation with an emphasis in Business/Office Management.

Minimum Experience:

A degree may be substituted for an excellent candidate at least two years working in an office environment. Supervision experience preferred.

License, Certification, Registration:
Valid Driver’s License required.

Equipment/Tools:
Standard office equipment and software (copier, fax, computer including MS Word, Excel, e-mail and accessing the World-Wide Web).

Specialized Knowledge and

Skills:

Strong analytical, quantitative and PC software skills required. Strong verbal and written communication skills a must, as well as strong interpersonal, coaching, consulting and process and project management’s skills.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Directly supervises three (3) Dental Front Desk staff.
