Base pay range$18.00/hr - $25.00/hr
Functional Responsibilities:- Achieve and maintain key performance targets for:
- Ensure jobs are cut listed properly to ensure smooth installation and minimize rework.
- Ensure machining instructions from CAD software are error-free.
- Identify and order materials to prevent delays.
- Work with Designers on design clarity.
- Maintain and update systems like Salesforce.
- Report issues to supervisors promptly.
- Ensure all parts for installation are identified and available on time.
- Read and interpret designs and plans accurately.
- Understand CAD software and maintain libraries.
- Ensure computer equipment is maintained and data is backed up.
- Get cross-trained in various factory operations.
- Work with production and installation teams to verify CAD instructions.
- Review jobs with sales/management for clarity and accuracy.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Computer and software familiarity
- Basic math skills, including working with decimals and fractions
- Ability to read tape measures
- Experience or schooling in Drafting/Design/CAD
