The Pharmacy Manager plays a vital role in delivering our purpose, modeling our values, and demonstrating genuine, authentic care for our patients. You will lead and direct Pharmacy Staff—both pharmacists and technicians—while overseeing the management, operation, and customer service of the pharmacy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Patient Safety and Pharmacy Professional Practice
• Regulatory Requirements and Quality Assurance
• Customer Service, Personnel Management, Inventory Management, Financial Profitability, Loss Prevention, and Workflow Management
• Adopting and managing patient‑care programs to keep customers and patients healthy
• Lead with empathy and compassion toward patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues
• Motivate, inspire, and develop support staff to maximize strengths and close knowledge gaps
• Identify and implement business opportunities that drive growth and improve performance
• Adapt to change and adjust plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting
• Collaborate with others to grow, innovate, and deliver better outcomes
• Align staff around purpose to gain support and commitment, facilitating a team culture of caring, energy, enthusiasm, and pride
• Apply knowledge to drive healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitors

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
• Listed as the "pharmacist in charge" on the pharmacy state license
• Submission of required information/documents to state PMP administrator to register for PMP access, where applicable
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.

Pay Range: $70.00 - $91.00 per hour (base rate)
