HR Generalist

As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the managers and employees at our Bethel site, which consists of approximately 50 people, both blue and white collars. Reporting directly to the General Manager with a dotted line to the BU HR Manager located in Sweden, your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Handling HR administration avión tasks and maintaining employee records to ensure information is accurate and secure.
• Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Supporting employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation.
• Responding to employee inquiries and assisting with HR‑related forms to ensure information is accurate and complete.
• Collaborating with managers to address HR needs and provide administrative support.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resources with minimum 5 years of experience within HR.

Minimum 5 years of experience within Human Resources.

Must have skills with compliance and labour law, particularly in Connecticut. US is preferred.

Strong administrative skills within both HR and other administration are preferred.

Knowledge in systems like Workday and Dayforce is a plus!

Fluent in English is a must;
Spanish and other languages are a plus.
