Elite Plaintiff-Side Trial Practice | Connecticut

A nationally respected, top-tier Connecticut plaintiff litigation firm is seeking a Partner-Level Attorney to join its leadership ranks. This firm operates at the highest level of civil litigation and is known for handling exceptionally large, complex, and precedent-setting cases.

The firm has a substantial and active book of business and is focused on adding a partner who can immediately contribute at a high level-strategically, professionally, and culturally.

The Ideal Partner

• Active Connecticut Bar license
• Deep understanding of Connecticut civil litigation
• Proven record of success in complex, high-value cases
• Exceptional academic background and/or elite professional training
• Strong courtroom presence and sound judgment under pressure
• Highly driven, entrepreneurial, and committed to long-term growth
• Former AUSAs or attorneys with elite trial credentials are especially attractive
• Open to defense-side attorneys looking to pivot to plaintiff work with significantly higher upside

This firm is not seeking lateral titles or résumé builders. They are seeking a true contributor-someone who will protect and enhance the firm's reputation while helping drive major case outcomes.

Compensation & Incentives

• Base salary: $250,000 - $325,000
• Aggressive incentive and bonus structure tied to firm-wide success
• No billable hour requirements
