• Provide federal tax compliance and consulting services to industry‑specific clients.
• Lead client relationships and consult on technical matters and special projects in corporate and flow‑through taxation.
• Research and respond to IRS and other tax authority inquiries, recommending solutions for clients.
• Coordinate with specialty tax practices on complex state, local, international, research and development, and incentive matters.
• Manage engagement staffing, billings, collections, and ensure profitability targets are met.
• Network to acquire new clients, projects, and revenue.
• Support the professional growth of team members through coaching and development programs.
• Balance client service with internal relationships to foster a collaborative environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, law, or a related business discipline; a master’s or advanced degree is desirable.
• CPA or JD required.
• Eight or more years of experience in federal tax compliance and consulting within a professional services firm.
• Five or more years of supervisory and mentoring experience.
• Experience with partnership and flow‑through entities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, project‑management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Highly developed software and Microsoft Suite skills.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.
