Expertise in Mastercam plus strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge. Proficiency writing and modifying G-Code and M-Code for 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC mills and lathes. Ability to analyze drawings to determine dimensions, select cutting tools, and set feeds/speeds based on material properties. Experience developing new CNC programs for production runs and modifying existing programs for different machines. Troubleshooting skills to resolve production issues and make manual program adjustments as needed.
Ability to collaborate with setup technicians and quality inspectors to address first part issues quickly. Strong documentation habits to create clear set up sheets, tool lists, and programming documentation. Night shift 3:30pm-12:00pm Monday-Friday; optional Saturday overtime 7:00am-3:30pm Salary: $34hr-$49hr, Competitive, commensurate with experience;
