Guest Advocate (Cashier or Front of Store Attendant/Cart Attendant) (T1528) — Part-time role rting hourly rate: $18.00 per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks; engage with guests to understand and solve their needs.
• Inform guests about current promos, store activities, and events; educate on tools, products, and services to improve their store experience.
• Know and speak to the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and in compliance with safety standards; minimize guest wait time while maintaining accuracy.
• Explain and assist with Target App features (Wallet, Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, online ordering) and direct guests to enroll and use them.
• Handle returns per policy, escalate to leadership when needed, and follow register prompts.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area; stock supplies during store hours while remaining available to guests.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as Order Pick Up and Drive Up; maintain compliance with laws where applicable (e.g., adult beverage regulations).
• Perform other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Ability to lift and move merchandise (up to 10 pounds frequently; up to 44 pounds occasionally).
• Willingness to work with cashier operations and support cash office as needed.
