Our Private Client Services (PCS) team is seeking a Tax Senior Associate or Supervisor to help clients manage and preserve their personal wealth. Responsibilities include tax planning and preparation, entity structuring, wealth preservation, family succession consulting, and family office services.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver client work independently or with limited supervision.
• Manage multiple assignments of varying complexity.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA or CPA candidate.
• 2-4+ years of experience in public accounting.
• Experience with federal tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, estates, and closely-held businesses.
• Familiarity with Quick Books, CCH Axcess, CCH Engagement, or similar software.

• Master’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Ability to mentor and develop less experienced staff.

Estimated salary range: $90,000 - $143,000, depending on experience and location. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), flexible time off, sick leave, holidays, and learning opportunities.
