Kforce has a client seeking a Collections Specialist to join their team in Bethesda, MD. You will contact customers regarding outstanding balances, process payments, and perform collection activity.
You will research billing discrepancies, maintain accurate collection notes and account records, and assist with aging reports and other Accounts Receivable tasks as needed. Strong communication and Excel experience are preferred.
