AboutThe Role
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team in this important role. As an Administrative and Tax Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business. You will be responsible for assisting with accounting and tax-related tasks, providing administrative support to the office, and ensuring that the office runs smoothly.

- Provide administrative support to the tax and accounting teams
- Assist with filing and organizing client records and documents
- Process and deliver tax returns and other client deliverables
- Maintain and file tax and financial documents
- Assist with scheduling meetings, greeting clients and answering phones
- Enter data into accounting and tax software and update databases
- Prepare correspondence and reports in response to requests from clients and other team members
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other team members
- Perform other duties as assigned by managers
- Associate or Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to learn new software
- Detail-oriented and able to work with accuracy and precision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and desire to grow professionally
