Schedule: 40 hours per week
Salary Range: $102,000 – $138,000
Clearance: Top Secret SCI + Polygraph (must possess and be able to obtain)

Job OverviewServes as primary point of contact for the office and provides comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, enabling them to focus on national security priorities.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to 1–2 designated senior executives.
- Interact with high-ranking officials within the agency, the IC, Congress, the White House, and the private sector.
- Prepare, review, and edit extensive volumes of written and oral materials.
- Perform multiple critical and time‑sensitive tasks simultaneously.
- Coordinate with component divisions to align with key priorities within ODNI and the IC.
- Oversee development of read‑ahead materials and briefing books.
- Plan, develop, and provide substantive briefings, presentations, and reports.
- Vet incoming correspondence, summarize key issues, and ensure timely response.
- Maintain a schedule of appointments and manage contact protocols for principals.
- Assist with time‑keeping and HR systems as element Timekeeper.
- Prepare status reports and track task actions.
- Prepare meeting agendas and record minutes, distributing action items.
- Arrange domestic and foreign travel, compose travel cables, and process vouchers.
- Coordinate project events and team gatherings.
- Host visitors, coordinate parking, issue security clearances and escort visitors as needed.
- Maintain records and files, both electronic and hard copy.
- Provide backup support within component divisions as needed.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience working within the IC.
- Bachelor’s degree and 8–12 years of relevant experience as an administrative professional.
- Excellent oral and written communication; proven experience in writing/editing correspondence and briefings.
- Proficiency managing a workflow of multiple critical issues in a dynamic schedule.
- Expert proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook).
- Diplomatic, organizational, time‑management, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop a professional network across boundaries and at all levels.
- 10+ years of progressively senior administrative experience directly supporting executive-level management.
