Operations Coordinator - $21/hr-$22/hr - Bethesda, MD

Our client is seeking a temporary Office Operations Coordinator to support their team in their Washington, DC office! If you are available to start mid-January, enjoy learning on the fly, and are looking for growth, apply now!

$21.00/hr - $23.00/hr

• Support the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of common areas and equipment.
• Order and restock supplies in kitchens, workrooms, storage areas, etc.
• Assist with monthly reports, yearly inventory, shipment preparations, and meeting setup.
• Prepare work spaces, welcome boxes, and training equipment for new hires.
• Conduct building tours, serve as the safety warden during emergencies, and provide receptionist coverage as needed.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

• 2+ years of experience in an office coordination or administrative role or an associate's degree are required.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite with basic technical skills.
• Customer service oriented with high professionalism.
• Self-starter who is dependable and organized.

• $21/hr-$22/hr, depending on experience.
• Temporary for 6-12 weeks.
• Hours are 9:00am-3:30pm.
• 100% on site in Arlington, VA.
• Free parking.
