Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Our client, in Clinical Research is seeking a Regulatory Operations Associate to join their team. As a Regulatory Operations Associate, you will be part of the Regulatory Affairs Operations team supporting regulatory affairs activities. The ideal candidate will have strong written communication, excellent organization, and the ability to multitask effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Regulatory Operations Associate
Location: Bethesda, MD (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $34-37/hr depending on years of experience
What's the Job?- Prepare, distribute, and support documentation for regulatory submissions and filings.
- Maintain electronic and hard-copy regulatory filing systems to keep records complete and audit-ready.
- Draft, edit, and format regulatory documents using established templates and procedures.
- Track regulatory activities and update databases to ensure documentation remains current and compliant.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, templates, checklists, and other process improvement tools.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and document management tools.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently.
- Contract-to-Hire opportunity to build long-term career momentum.
