Estimator, Construction, Operations Manager

We are looking for an Estimator for our DC office with experience in general commercial construction or large industrial projects. Experience should be estimating projects valued from $5M - $50M in both new construction and renovations. Job Details

• 5+ years of experience
• Well versed in estimating multiple divisions
• Experience working within a team
• Self starter, motivated
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers, review subcontractor agreements and mark ups
• Work along side Pre-Construction staff to advise on issues and ensure scope coverage
