• Estimate projects valued from $5 million to $50 million in both new construction and renovations.
• Develop accurate cost estimates across multiple divisions.
• Collaborate with team members and Pre‑Construction staff to identify scope and mitigate risks.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers, review agreements and mark‑ups to secure favorable terms.
• Provide leadership and growth opportunities within the organization.

• 5+ years of experience in construction estimating.
• Proficiency in estimating general commercial or large industrial projects.
• Experience evaluating projects in the $5‑$50 million range.
• Self‑starter with strong motivation and teamwork skills.
