With over 20 years of experience, we have built a reputation as one of the region’s premier builders, delivering high-quality projects across a wide range of commercial sectors.

Our expertise includes restaurant and hospitality construction, office and retail renovations, commercial interiors, and mid-rise ground-up buildings. We work across diverse asset classes such as food and beverage, hotels, healthcare, fitness, banking, historic and museum spaces, and specialty retail—bringing precision, creativity, and craftsmanship to every project.

At Potomac Construction, our success is driven by our people. Our team thrives on collaboration, problem-solving, and strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and development partners.

Receive requests for estimating and gather necessary information such as vendor quotes, plans, bidding manuals, specifications, addenda and revisions.

Research material requirements, including finishes, accessories and installation methods.
