As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll set the tone for every visit – creating a friendly, professional, and motivating environment from the moment someone walks in.

• Greet and check in members, guests, and visitors.
• Handle calls, questions, and transactions with a smile.
• Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized.
• Support club programs and member engagement.

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude and strong communication skills.
• Organized, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
• Interest in building a career in fitness – future opportunities as a Personal Trainer, Membership Manager, and more.
• Basic computer and cash‑handling skills.
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
