We are seeking a growth-minded Optometrist to join our renown team of 3 Physicians and 1 OD at our affiliate Mitchell & Morin Eye Institute
. We have 2 state of the art offices in Bethesda, MD and Vienna, VA. Help us nurture our mission to deliver high quality and compassionate care.

• Minimum Base Salary of $180,000 per year
• A $5,000 Signing / Relocation Bonus
• Lucrative quarterly Productivity Bonuses with a simple and highly competitive percentage of collections and very attractive credited revenue for post‑op co‑management and LDD for LAL patients.
• Our established physicians of all subspecialties and age demographics are averaging well above the national median compensation as reported in national surveys with some routinely exceeding the 75th percentile compensation
• Paid CME, PTO, malpractice coverage, and outstanding benefits package including (health, vision, dental, life, etc.) and a 401(k).
