Childcare Teacher (Afternoon/Part-Time)
The Goddard School
Base pay range: $16.00/hr
Daily Responsibilities:
- Meet the individual needs of children by interacting to support play, exploration, and learning.
- Communicate appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff.
- Design an appropriate room arrangement to support the goals and developmental level of children in the classroom.
- Create a positive learning environment where children develop a lifelong love of learning.
- Present expectations that are appropriate to the child’s age and developmental level.
- Plan and implement activities that develop self‑esteem and social skills.
- Build teamwork and commit to continuing education.
- Ensure compliance with Goddard’s Quality Assurance Standards.
Must be available 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm, 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm, or 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm.
