General Summary

Provide engineering and technical services, including technology insertion, performance specifications, system integration, installation support, on‑site technical support, and alteration/repair support services for the surface fleet, submarine, and shore‑based installations supporting Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) machinery and systems for the U.S. Navy. The position requires on‑site work only.

West Bethesda, MD

Principal Duties / Responsibilities
  • Provide support to Naval personnel with removal, installation, modification, repair, and troubleshooting of various HM&E systems and components.
  • Apply knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field, relying on instructions and pre‑established guidelines.
  • Read and interpret drawings and technical manuals.
  • Pass background check and drug screening, maintain a security badge for all military installations and civilian shipyards.
Required Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, Systems Engineering, or System Safety Engineering.
Required Experience
  • Experience with the U.S. Navy and environmental systems (preferred).
  • Secret Security clearance (preferred).
  • Experience with Environmental Systems (preferred).
