Position Overview

As part of our High Fidelity Simulation (HFS) Portfolio, we hold the prime contract for Synthetic Signature Generation (SSG) Support Services, a program that delivers cutting‑edge solutions to enhance Navy training systems. Our work directly impacts warfighter readiness and mission success, ensuring the Navy is prepared for the challenges of tomorrow.
Key Responsibilities- Lead program management efforts, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, to ensure successful execution of Navy training system projects.
- Establish annual program budgets with customer(s) and sponsor(s) and control current year execution to stay within scope, time and budget constraints.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to include requirement definition, material procurement, development, integration, verification/validation testing, and delivery fielding.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to manage technical scope, risks, and deliverables.
- Facilitate regular program reviews / meetings to track progress, identify program risks, address challenges, and ensure alignment with customer objectives.
- Collaborate with Navy stakeholders to ensure program deliverables meet mission‑critical requirements.
- Support the development of innovative solutions that enhance the realism and effectiveness of Navy training systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or Physics.
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a U.S. Government granted security clearance. Interim Secret security clearance required to begin employment.
- At least 5 years of experience managing projects related to the design, development, testing, and evaluation of complex Navy systems.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and coordinating resources and schedules for complex projects.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence complex projects and products.
- Strong technical background related to software development and/or system integration.
- Experience with Navy surface ship training systems, including acoustic and visual simulation technologies.
- Familiarity with program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of Navy program office processes and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a collaborative environment.
