Overview
Looking to fast track your career in the world of private equity?
This is a newly created role with a premier private equity firm that is looking to add a high performer to its finance team. This newly-created role will support the firm's growth with the launch of their newest fund.
Responsibilities- Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Tax & Fund Accounting Manager will oversee the entire fund cycle including:
- Capital Calls
- Preparation of financial statements
- Distributions
- Reviewing tax returns prepared by Big 4 firm
- Supporting deal team and Investor relations activities
This position offers excellent pay and benefits, including above market incentive compensation. The firm is based in the Chevy Chase/Bethesda/Friendship Heights area. Compensation depends on experience and education, $130-180K per year with additional bonus, and benefits.
Qualifications- BS in Accounting/CPA
- 4-7 years of experience in Big 4/Public accounting
- Experience in tax with private equity client base is required.
