Salary: $119,267 per annum.

• Manage, support, and provide expertise to ensure compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, and OFAC.
• Interact with bank personnel to ensure adherence to laws and regulations.
• Perform reviews and assessments on high‑risk customer types and conduct monthly reviews of Health Mission transaction activity.
• Support the Bank’s Customer Identification Program and Customer Due Diligence requirements.
• Review and report potential OFAC matches and prepare the annual OFAC report.
• Investigate suspicious activity and provide answers to internal AML/BSA inquiries.
• Provide supervisory oversight of work performed by AML/BSA Analysts and Compliance Assistants.
• Job may be performed remotely on Fridays.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in business, finance, accounting, criminal justice, or a related field (3‑year or 4‑year degree accepted).
• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable compliance and regulatory role within a bank.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Money Service Businesses (MSBs), Third Party Payment Processors (TPPPs), Cash Intensive Businesses, PEP‑linked accounts, and Deposit Brokers.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Non‑Resident Aliens (NRAs), Foreign Nationals, Foreign Businesses, core banking tools, and AML software.
