Key qualifications:- Five years of administrative or professional work experience (with substitution options for education or military service)
- Graduation from accredited high school or high school equivalency certificate
- One year of experience in Equal Employment Opportunity Officer or similar role (preferred)
- Valid Maryland motor vehicle operator's license if assigned to duties requiring vehicle operation
- Strong investigative and mediation skills
- Knowledge of employment discrimination, ADA, Title VI, and workplace compliance laws
