Annual earnings range from $100,750 to $113,250 based on completion of 25 billable hours per week.
- Providing individualized therapy to help children meet communication goals.
- Collaborating with teachers, families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Conducting evaluations, maintaining accurate documentation, and implementing individualized treatment strategies.
- Working in partnership with school staff to ensure continuity of services in academic environments.
- Maintaining 23‑25 billable hours per week, with a balanced caseload across school and clinic assignments.
- Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Maryland or Washington, DC licensure in Speech‑Language Pathology.
- Passion for supporting children’s communication development in a variety of settings.
- Strong collaboration, organization, and clinical problem‑solving skills.
- Maintain a minimum of 23‑25 billable hours weekly across both school and clinic settings.
- Consistently provide high‑quality services while adhering to documentation and compliance standards.
