Front Desk Associate

Position Overview

Front Desk – $19/Hr (Pay Scale: $12.93–$24.29/hour, rate varies by state/market).

Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with check‑in and check‑out procedures and during their stay.
  • Work proficiently on the hotel’s electronic reservation system and other computer programs for a seamless workflow.
  • Handle all financial transactions – credit card and cash – securely and accurately.
  • Anticipate and exceed guests’ needs to maximize their experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to create an approachable, customer‑focused environment.
Requirements
  • Enjoy working with people and will go above and beyond for each guest’s needs.
  • Work well with others and thrive in a team environment.
  • Have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Solve problems and find solutions to ensure the best guest experience.
Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding position. Must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods.

Travel Requirements

Little to no travel outside the property and surrounding area.
