We are a leading provider of IT Solutions, contract staffing, and permanent employment services, exceling in networking with hard-to-reach candidates for positions ranging from entry-level to Subject Matter Experts and C-level executives.
About the Role:
We are looking for an IT Recruiter to leverage our networking capabilities to source and engage hard-to-reach IT talent for our clients, focusing on roles from entry-level to C-suite. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic recruitment plans for high-priority IT positions within financial services firms and utilize advanced search techniques and AI-powered tools to source passive candidates.
Key Responsibilities:- Leverage SEQ's networking capabilities to source and engage hard-to-reach IT talent for our clients
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans for high-priority IT positions within financial services firms
- Utilize advanced search techniques and AI-powered tools to source passive candidates
- Conduct in-depth technical screening interviews to assess candidates' skills
- Manage complex offer negotiations
- Coordinate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- 0-2 years of recruiting, sales, or customer service experience
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry terminology
- Ability to screen candidates effectively and assess technical fit
- Research skills for sourcing passive candidates
- Organization and time management to handle multiple open positions simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
