ServiceNow Architect

Overview

The Service Now Architect will lead the design and implementation of Service Now solutions to optimize IT service management across the organization. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to align Service Now capabilities with business processes.

• Design and develop Service Now applications, modules, and workflows to meet business requirements
• Oversee system integration efforts with other platforms and tools within the organization
• Customize and configure Service Now to enhance usability and optimize performance
• Conduct assessments of existing Service Now implementations and recommend best practices and improvements
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams on Service Now capabilities and architecture
• Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines
• Stay current with Service Now updates and new features, identifying opportunities for leveraging advancements
• Ensure compliance with security standards and data integrity across Service Now applications

• Active Secret clearance is required
• Candidates must be U.S. citizens with no dual citizenship due to agency and contract requirements
• 7+ years of experience with Service Now, including architecture and development
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their application within Service Now
• Experience with Service Now module implementations, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and other relevant programming languages
• Service Now Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist certification is preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for liaising with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
