Agile Customer Success Low-Code Development Software Implementation Consulting

Join Appian's Customer Success Public Sector team as a Software Implementation Consultant and drive digital transformation for our clients using Appian's low-code platform. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to define, design, develop, and implement custom software solutions, working within an agile environment to understand business processes and technical needs. You will also be responsible for launching new relational data models, developing APIs, and empowering clients to become self-sufficient with the platform.

• Work with clients to define business processes and gather functional and technical system requirements.
• Design, develop, and implement custom software solutions on the Appian platform.
• Launch new relational data models and develop APIs for system integration.
• Collaborate with client technical teams and business users.
• Drive adoption by empowering clients to build process applications.

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for technology.
• Experience working on cross-functional teams using agile methodologies.
• Basic understanding of object-oriented programming and relational databases.
• SQL skills (writing queries, joins, views, etc.).
• US Citizenship
• 1+ years of experience with hands-on software development or technical consulting.
• B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field.
• Willingness to travel (10% or less annually).

• Knowledge of software testing practices (test-driven development, automated test suites).
• Integrations experience using APIs (REST, SOAP, JDBC, web services).
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Analytics, Machine Learning, Google Cloud, Application Integration, Database, Developer Tools, Management & Governance, and Elastic Containers.
