Senior Manager Analytics

• Develop and oversee predictive models, customer segmentation strategies, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) frameworks using machine learning and statistical methods

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering strong analytical and storytelling capabilities

• Drive digital experimentation and performance measurement, including testing frameworks and optimization initiatives

• Build compelling executive-level narratives and visualizations that translate complex analyses into clear business insights

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand analytics needs and deliver data-driven solutions

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and evolve long-term analytics strategy aligned with business goals

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in advanced analytics, preferably within a retail or digital environment

• Strong proficiency in SQL with a solid understanding of relational database concepts

• Experience applying predictive analytics and data science techniques using Python or R

• Proven ability to influence decision-making through data and analytics

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field

• Advanced degree strongly preferred

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Adobe Analytics or other digital/web optimization platforms

• Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools

• Background in personalization, experimentation, or digital optimization initiatives
