Senior Webcast and Streaming Engineer

Must have:

• Proven technical skills in the setup, support, and maintenance of hardware and software for Web Collaboration and Video Teleconferencing services
• Experience with Web Collaboration software (Adobe Connect, Cisco Web Ex, MS Lync) and Windows operating systems (Windows Server 2008)
• Proficient in SQL Server solutions and federated login systems
• Strong knowledge of multimedia and web collaboration systems administration
• Experience with teleconferencing endpoint configurations (H.323/SIP/ISDN)
• Familiarity with relevant hardware (Blade servers, F5 firewalls) and software installation troubleshooting
• Excellent problem determination and resolution skills in collaboration with IT specialists
• Ability to create user guides, operational procedures, and system design documents
• Strong communication skills for scheduling meetings and providing training sessions
• Ability to investigate emerging technologies and perform system enhancements

Responsibilities:

• Provide installation, configuration, and troubleshooting support for Web Collaboration and Video Teleconferencing systems – Administer enterprise multimedia systems, ensuring backups, maintenance, and licensing are managed effectively – Design and implement enhancements for improved Web Collaboration services – Conduct live support and monitoring for Web Collaboration conferences – Create and manage user accounts while coordinating information flow to customers and stakeholders – Schedule and oversee virtual meetings to assist users – Lead instructor‑led training sessions tailored to diverse user needs – Collaborate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution – Monitor system infrastructure including application and database servers – Explore new technologies and assess their fit for our environment
